All orders are discretely packaged and shipped without reference to Center Pharmacy or research chemicals through POST NL or UPS as carriers.

We ship daily from Monday to Friday within 24-48h (or a bit longer depending on our workload).
Discreet shipping is offered as our default and is not an additional service. Please do not ask for it.
The delivery times listed below are guidelines only as we have no influence over them.
PostNL manages all mail in origin and the local post service in destination.
Replacements and returns
We offer one free replacement shipping for tracked orders if the order is lost due to transit problems. Undelivered orders due to customs, tax, import duties, or any other circumstances will not be re-shipped. Orders to invalid addresses will not be re-shipped. Untracked orders can not be reshipped under any circumstances.
We do not offer returns or exchanges. All orders are final.
Returned letters sent through UPS have a cost associated, so the customer will have to cover it in order to have a replacement or voucher code.
Shipping fees and delivery time
We offer free untracked shipping for all orders over USD 500. Untracked shipping (no signature required) is available for all orders valued at USD 300 or less
